Jam Drops

These cookies are a wonderful treat. When baked just right, they have a soft shell with the moist and sweet jelly center.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 4.6 oz Vanilla Cook & Serve Pudding Dry Mix (1 box)
  • Jelly (preferred flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add in Milk and vanilla
  4. Add in the dry pudding mix and flour
  5. Roll 2 teaspoonfuls at a time into balls on cookie sheet.
  6. Press the center of each ball with your thumb and fill with jam.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.
