Hamburger Steak

These hamburgers are delicious when grilled. They are meaty, moist, and amazing. We like to mix these up for the family to enjoy, or when we have guests coming over.
Ingredients
- 5 lbs ground beef
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
- salt and pepper
- hot sauce
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl by hand.
- Weigh out 5oz patties to yield 18 burgers.
Notes
- Adjust the weight of the burgers to your preference.
