Eggnog
Mom's famous eggnog recipe. This is not your store bought eggnog, but rather a thinner version with amazing flavor. I grew up on this stuff every Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Ingredients
- 1 gal Whole Milk
- 3 Cans (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Rum Extract
- 6 Eggs (beatened)
Instructions
- Mix eggs and half of the milk in a large pot.
- Cook on medium heat, constantly stirring. DO NOT LET BOIL.
- Remove from heat when you see steam and foam on top.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
