Eggnog

Eggnog

Mom's famous eggnog recipe. This is not your store bought eggnog, but rather a thinner version with amazing flavor. I grew up on this stuff every Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 1 gal Whole Milk
  • 3 Cans (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Rum Extract
  • 6 Eggs (beatened)

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and half of the milk in a large pot.
  2. Cook on medium heat, constantly stirring. DO NOT LET BOIL.
  3. Remove from heat when you see steam and foam on top.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
