Jam Drops
These cookies are a wonderful treat. When baked just right, they have a soft shell with the moist and sweet jelly center.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cup Flour
- 4.6 oz Vanilla Cook & Serve Pudding Dry Mix (1 box)
- Jelly (preferred flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add in Milk and vanilla
- Add in the dry pudding mix and flour
- Roll 2 teaspoonfuls at a time into balls on cookie sheet.
- Press the center of each ball with your thumb and fill with jam.
- Bake for 15 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.
