Four Score Beef Rub
For quite some time this was just referred to as “Beef Rub”. I needed an official name and finally “Four Score” was added as a result of most of the ingredients start with 4. This is amazing on brisket and I frequently use it on London broil as well when we're making beef tacos.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp beef base
- 4 tbsp garlic salt
- 4 tbsp fresh ground pepper
- 4 tbsp chile powder
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well
Notes
- For the beef base, I found a gluten free variety that I use to prevent any issues with gluten sensitivities, Orrington Farms.
- As always, freshly ground pepper is SOOOO much better than regular black pepper.
